A GREAT WEEK FOR THE CABARET CLUB, MAWGAN PORTH.
This week has been fantastic for The Cabaret Club. On Wednesday the 19th October 2011 our production meeting was very well attended and it was was lovely to see so many familiar faces and also a few new potential members. We are delighted that the club looks to be going from strength to strength and our 2012 show "A Kind of Magic" looks set to be one of the best ever. It's not too late to join the fun. Saturday night saw the eagerly awaited Barn Dance fund raiser. A fun evening was had by all who attended. Huge thanks to everyone who helped out on the evening and to everyone who came along and supported us. Photographs and videos from the evening and details of how much we raised will be posted on this website soon. Extra special thanks must go to "The Ideal Village Band" for their unique brand of Barn Dance Music. Click here to see Barn Dance photos...

actors, actresses, singers, dancers, comedians, stage hands, artists, painters, set builders, costume makers, writers and all things theatre. Whatever your talent or ability we would like to hear from you!
Everyone is welcome to our first production meeting in preparation for the next Cabaret Club Show taking place in March 2012.
At the meeting there will be a chance to meet our current members,
friends old and new, as well as having the opportunity to hear about our plans for yet another blockbuster show. You can also find out how you can get involved. Refreshments will be available and a warm welcome is guaranteed! We hope to see you there.

Our Producer Sue Tabner has been invited to be a guest on Martin Bailey's BBC Radio Cornwall Show. Her star performance will take place live on air at 3.15pm on Tuesday 15th February 2011. It's a great opportunity to share with the whole of Cornwall all of the fantastic work and dedication that is our Cabaret Club. We are sure that Sue will do a brilliant job.
